In today's episode we talk all about regaining your self worth (or maybe just rediscovering it) after a toxic friendship, or relationship you just got out of in your life. Saying no, walking away, and being enough for yourself is not easy for everyone, but today I talk to you guys about what you can do if you are in, or out of this situation.
