If we live to be 80 years old, that means we will live approximately 4000 weeks. Most people, when asked, guess a much higher number. We are, by nature of our mortal lives here on earth, limited in our experience of time. Realizing this is both humbling and liberating. Once we realize that we cannot do EVERYTHING (because it is impossible) and that the present moment is all we ever actually have (because even that limited 4000 number is not a guarantee), we can get onto truly living. Living now. Living fully.
In this episode, we discuss how to try to balance holding a vision of what we want in the future while still  living in the present moment. There is freedom when we realize that we can honor the past and the future, and still recognize where we really are–which is right here, right now.
