Art is the author of Constant Comedy the story of how Art started Comedy Central (originally called The Comedy Channel) in 1990, and helped make the fledgling channel a success. We discuss the pitch that made the channel happen, the competition from MTV, and the merger with HA! Plus some great stories about Jon Stewart, Al Frankin, Bill Mahr, and Johnny Carson.
