Daniel is entrepreneur from Brisbane, Australia. Him and his wife started renovating homes around 2016 with absolutely no experience. They pumped out 5-6 cosmetic renovations where they would quickly renovate these homes in 4 weeks and have in back on the market right away. (Many of these renovations are on his page). .

After that they grew into large developments which was mostly land sub-divisions. From their Daniel started One Percent Property, which is a real estate agency in Brisbane. There business model is that they give you the best services at the lowest fee (they charge 1% while standard is 2.5-3% commission on a sale)
