Booga Buggie is off to the winter Olympics to compete at speed skating where he wins all of the races (it's a little unfair since Booga Buggie has 6 legs). Booga Buggie ends up being more interested in why medals aren't edible. So Booga Buggie sneakily changes all the medals to chocolate and covers them with gold, silver and bronze foil.
