Cuatrovientos will have 196 condos in one of the best areas of Cabo, and the construction began a few weeks ago. Behind this condo project is Inde Innovación en Desarrollos, which has more than three decades in the construction of houses and apartments in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara.
This is their first project in Los Cabos, with spectacular views to the Sea of Cortez and amenities such as a swimming pool, pickleball court, pet park, lobby, green areas, children's area, covered parking, all with the future owner in mind. "We have really listened to the people of Los Cabos to offer a great product for the client."
Cuatrovientos, in Spanish, is made up of two words: Cuatro Vientos (Four Winds), by putting them together the developers seek to convey unity and reflect that in Los Cabos live people of different nationalities and create a multicultural city.
