Last month Erin sat down with a few of her favorite contestants from Top Chef season 18 at the brand new Moxy Oakland Downtown! We talk about the restrictions and testing they all had to go through while filming the show, how tight the chefs were through it all, how the show has impacted their individual lives, and what they see in their culinary futures.
