Description
Glenn Healy, always outspoken, always entertaining gave his two cents on the Cam and Strick Podcast. This guy is a pretty good success story when you consider where he comes from and what he's been able to achieve throughout his hockey career. A goaltender in the 1990's, Healy put together some good seasons. Primarily a backup goaltender, but when he needed to step up he was more than capable. He played with some good teams with the Kings, Islanders and Maple Leafs, but he'll always go down as a Stanley Cup winner with the New York Rangers playing with Mike Richter and playing for Mike Keenan. Some may know him best from his TV work on Sportsnet television up in Canada covering the NHL and as a prominent fixture on Hockey Night in Canada. This guy had no problem giving his opinion and telling you what he really thinks. It was refreshing in an era of boring hockey coverage where every analyst basically looks the same, talks the same, says the same damn thing. This guy was different and we miss that. He's also an accomplished bagpiper, seriously, find me another hockey analyst who can say that. He's now running the NHL Alumni Association and helping a lot of former players along the way. So kick back, relax, and enjoy Glenn Healy on this edition of the Cam and Strick Podcast.
