From changing his stretching routine, to being cut from his local AAA team at age 15 despite almost making the WHL shortly before, Hart opens up about the mental tools he has developed with help from his Sports Psychologist John Stevenson, sharing some of the drills that helped him make the jump from Jr to the AHL to the NHL last season, and some of the tips and programs he still uses today.
