Our routine is to give excuses to not become the best version of ourself. Sometimes we say " I don't have time" "I have other things in the way" "I'm busy." BUT it's because your ego is getting in the way. You need to push aside the parts of your life that stand in the way. Instead, focus on the parts of your life that will take you to the next level. It's important to strive to be the best version of of yourself in all aspects of your life. Be truthful to yourself. Be more direct. Be more honest.
