Week 2 of our Locked on NHL Network Power Rankings and there was a lot of movement to be had after the first week of the season. Yes, the Buffalo Sabres are undefeated so far this season, so they had to move up the rankings. But will it last? The Florida Panthers are also undefeated and when you beat the team on top by as much as they did, you take over that top spot.
Teams on the decline include the New York Islanders, the Vegas Golden Knights and the Montreal Canadiens who can't seem to do much right in the early stages of the season.
