Joining me today is my good friend, and SBO partner, Courtney Wilson, founder of Simpli Sort in San Diego, California. Courtney is a mom of 3 almost grown kiddos like me, and has an incredible gift of helping her clients navigate through messy spaces step by step.

Courtney was also one of our first SBO Partners to grow her speaking business with the help of our Clutter Clinic framework.  
The Clutter Clinic was an in-person speaker program that I developed in 2013 as a way to share organizing tips and strategies in a fun and engaging way. It started as a lunch and learn event that turned into a series on different topics:

Clutter Clinic: Kitchens
Clutter Clinic: Garages
Clutter Clinic: Closets
Clutter Clinic: Paper Control
Clutter Clinic: Digital Detox

In 2018, I turned the Clutter Clinic into a teachable model for other Professional Organizers. It helps them expand their business offerings from on-site organizing and virtual organizing, to include paid speaking engagements.
If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s the importance of being able to diversify service offerings and share knowledge in more ways than one.
