Marty Lamb has been scouting baseball players for the Los Angeles Dodgers since 1999. Of the 10 first round picks for the Dodgers since 2015, Lamb was the area scout for six of them including Walker Buehler, Will Smith, Matt Beaty and Caleb Ferguson. Lamb also serves on the Board of Directors for Refuge for Women, a nonprofit, faith-based organization providing specialized long-term care for women who have escaped human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
