In this episode of FBI Retired Case File Review, retired agents Jim Beasley and Kathy Canning-Mello, former FBI profilers assigned to the FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit in Quantico, Virginia, review their research interview of Gary Ray Bowles, a convicted serial killer who targeted gay men. Bowles was executed in 2019 for murdering six men in 1994. Jim and Kathy spoke with Bowles as part of a behavioral analysis project involving the assessment of serial murderers and child abductors who had murdered their victims.
