This is an extra special episode for you, and one of my most favorite interviews of all time! We have the pleasure of having on Louiza Doran, otherwise known as Weeze. By far, Weeze has been my greatest teacher in 2020, and I am beyond grateful for all that I have learned from her. I consider her to be part of my Spirit team.
Weeze speaks, educates, and coaches others on anti-racism and decolonization. She believes that by teaching and empowering individuals to walk in their purpose, we can create an equitable, diverse, and inclusive society. She is also the podcast host of According to Weeze and That's Not How That Works.
Weeze and I dive into many important topics including:
how we can respond and manage our anger when triggered
the difference between an ally, accomplice, and co-conspirator
the connection between Spirituality and racism
decolonization, de-centering whiteness, and anti-oppression
ways to support marginalized populations
the hustle mentality
I have taken one of Weeze's courses and it changed my life. I encourage you to check them out HERE: https://www.accordingtoweeze.com/coursescoaching
