60% of the brain is fat, and yet the US food pyramid says that we should only be eating fat "sparingly". That info is wrong and our carb based way of life is wreaking havoc on a majority of the population. Causing illness and hurting our bodies. As a special needs mommy, I've known of the state of Ketosis for almost a decade and how it is used to heal children with all sorts of medical issues. My ego was upset when it seemed to become a "fad" diet in our society, but in meditation, Spirit showed me that I was wrong to be upset. Spirit said, if eating via Ketosis can heal children with all sorts of medical diagnosis', it can heal all. After watching the documentary FAT and deciding to make a life-style change to avoid all grains and sugars, Spirit brought Chef Summer Kortkamp into my life. Chef Summer has been teaching me how to prepare low carb, veggie-packed meals, that taste like restaurant quality.
