Description

In this TWO PART episode, we will track McCartney over the ten days leading up to the September 20th meeting — as we did for Lennon. In PART ONE we discuss Paul’s BBC interview and the impact on the situation when they lose Northern Songs. We unpack Paul’s interview —one of only a handful he gave that year—and examine what he was actually communicating. This is important because far too often thoughts, feelings, and motivations are projected onto Paul based on post-narrative spin rather than his own contemporaneous words. In part 2 we talk about how Paul is framed in the story, and pressure test this characterization.  We also try to see the story from both Paul’s perspective and from those around him. Onesweetdreampodcast.comOnesweetdreampodcast@gmail.com@onesweetdreamdiAnotherkindofmind.com@akompodcast@akompodSupport the show (https://www.patreon.com/Onesweetdream)
