Why Vader Didn't Jump Over the Fire in Kenobi...: In Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 3, Vader beat Kenobi in a fairly easy lightsaber duel. The last time they met as Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, we all know who won, but this time, it wasn't even a question. I don't even know if this can be called a fair fight, because Obi-Wan wasn't even really fighting. He was just more scared than everything. Vader has been after Kenobi since revenge of the Sith, so why didn't he go through the fire to get him? Why did he let him get away? by Star Wars Theory

Obi-Wan WILL Fight Vader Again or it BREAKS Canon: If Obi-Wan Kenobi doesn't fight Vader again, then it breaks George Lucas line from AnNew Hope where Vader tells Kenobi, "When I left you I was but the learner, now I am the master." This last fight, Vader clearly won. So Vader and Kenobi will have to fight again, and Vader will have to lose. Maybe he leaves Kenobi via a Imperial shuttle firing upon Kenobi as Vader is battle damaged. Either way, I hope we get another fight, and this time it's super intense! The Real Reason Vader Did THAT to the Town People (This is AWESOME): In obi-wan Kenobi episode 3, Vader went full dark side on the town people while Obi-Wan watched. I believe there was more to this than just 'Vader being evil Sith Lord'. I read a lot of comments questioning why Vader did this, what his motive really was, and I think I have found it, at least in theory. I think Vader was trying to show obi-wan that Anakin Skywalker was long gone, and that he is so far from the Jedi at this point, that he's doing all these things to innocent people. How Obi-Wan Found Out Vader was Alive ORIGINALLY (way better imo): In the obi-wan kenobi show, Reva tells Obi-Wan Kenobi that Anakin Skywalker, Darth Vader is alive. This was to Kenobi's surprise! This is 10 years after Star Wars Revenge of the Sith when Anakin Skywalker lost to Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar during Order 66.
