Description
Many conservatives are excited that the Justice Department is finally taking on sanctuary cities. The problem is that rather than using executive powers and working with Congress to punish the sanctuaries and kick the liberal courts out of immigration policy, the DOJ is begging those very courts for the fix. Few people realize that these same courts are actually gutting immigration enforcement and mandating sanctuary policies in cases that are enormously important but rarely discussed. Who needs the “Abolish ICE” movement when the courts are already doing it for them?
