This was a fun episode. While there were not too many exciting or drama filled moments that happened in the show, Emma and Julie still had plenty to talk about. They also both had a lot of chaotic energy that led to some random tangents along the way.
The main plot of this episode centers around three birthdays: Kim’s 40th, Kris’ 65th, and Kendall‘s 25th. In very typical Kim style, she curated a beautiful and highly sentimental birthday experience for Kris, customizing 65 different looks to mark her 65 years. This plot also included a rare glimpse of Kanye, which got Emma and Julie into a conversation about that. We also saw Kourtney and Kendall‘s gift exchange situation, as well as self shot footage from Kim’s birthday vacation. Emma and Julie also touched on some of Kim’s answers from her Instagram AMA. 
Lastly, we find out that Kim failed the baby bar, and watch her and her children’s Covid journey unfold while studying.
