In the spirit of transparency, Emma and Julie start out by letting their audience know that this particular episode of Keeping Up was definitely not one of the best. But hey - after 17 seasons, not every one is going to be a 10/10. They made the best of it - looping in some anecdotes, quotes & interesting tangential thoughts along the way. 
The episode centers around two main plot lines: Kris bringing in a professional stylist to redo Caitlyn’s wardrobe, and Khloé’s desire to enter the spotlight. As they note early on, there are moments that are definitely uncomfortable as a viewer - the way Caitlyn handles Eric, the celebrity stylist, is undeniably homophobic. Because the topic of clothing is so prevalent, Emma and Julie cite some of Caitlyn’s quotes from recent interviews, regarding how early on she was so drawn to female clothing, and the strength it takes to live your most authentic self. 
Kim’s work ethic is also on display, as well as her mutual support of Khloé‘s desire to be more integrated into Kim’s professional world. Khloé takes an acting class and it is entertaining, to say the least.
