If we’re going to press for youth talent in Serie A then we need coaches like Allegri and their backwards philosophy of Apprenticeship to give more chances for young players, to actually test them early to see if they’re good enough.
In my opinion there should be a rule that would force teams to start an u21 product for 4 games a season or 4 point deduction will be given. That will force the big teams to actually play the kids they have and see if there will be a diamond among them.
