We also talk about William's new gig working with reishi mycelium to create mushroom leathers, and the shift in application from mushroom production to mycelium production..William Goss is a 29 year old mycophile residing in California. He has extensive experience in the plant and mushroom world and spent the last three years working at Monterey Mushrooms — one of the countries largest producers of gourmet agaricus bisporus, or portobello mushrooms. Presently William is a production team leader at Mycoworks, a mushroom material company specializing in mushroom mycelium leather in California.
