The marathon trial of California vs. Robert Durst is now in the hands of the jury, who as this podcast was recorded were deliberating the fate of the man accused of murdering his friend Susan Berman over 20 years ago.  The defense claims the prosecution bullied a sick old man with memory lapses all to make the jury hate the man in order to cover for lack of forensic evidence.  The prosecution says they don’t need that type of evidence because Durst’s own words are enough to convict him.  Court TV’s Ted Rowlands and Vinnie Politan will examine both strategies and make their prediction of what will happen when the jury finishes deliberations.  Get the latest updates on Court TV and CourtTV.com and tune in to see Vinnie Politan and the entire Court TV team review each day’s testimony on Closing Arguments weeknights from 8pm to 11pm.
