I am Inquisitor Temperance Pryce, keeper of the Inquisition’s Black Library, and this is the second volume in a report on the Valentyne Heresy - an actual play podcast set in the Genesys Adaptation of Warhammer 40K’s Dark Heresy RPG. This report features Game Master Ryan LaPlante (@theryanlaplante) and players Tom McGee (@mcgeetd) as Interrogator Nero Abagnale, Laura Hamstra (@elhamstring) as Piper Fairley, Tyler Hewitt (@Tyler_Hewitt) as Seth Corbyn and Del Borovic (@deltastic) as Sister Olianne Mina. The Inquisitorial band fought their way through the maze and, with Seth’s guidance and the help of several Aeldari, were led straight to the Homo Novus, Gazzy Colon. The Aeldari, however, insisted that Count Kournus face the beast alone, preventing the others from helping Nero. Will Olianne’s desperate attempt to help Nero end in despair, and what is this work that Piper—or Isabella—still has to do?
