Seth convinced Chastener Bokotan to provide thirty arbitrators, Piper confirmed that the Angel of Retribution would help when needed, and Nero received a truly splendid sword, which he passed to Olianne to wield. Can the band convince Phyllisa Vance to raise her army and take out Gazzy before the entire system falls?
