In December of 1993, after months of testimony from over one hundred witnesses, two juries – one for Lyle Menendez and one for his brother Eric – began deliberations. And like every aspect of the Menendez brothers story the results were shocking and dramatic.  Two hung juries.  Two mistrials.  And a nation left feeling justice had not been served…yet.  It would take three more years before a second trial determined the brother’s fate, but was justice served and would the results be the same if the brother’s face a jury of their peers today?
