I had this idea recently to start a journal called What's Going Right? The idea is to reverse paying attention to only the things that are going wrong. Come on. We all do it. Several things can go right in a day and all you'll pay attention to is the one thing that went wrong. Or amongst a sea of compliments, you'll remember the one criticism.
