Latinos represent more than 27% of COVID-19 deaths in the nation's hotspots, although they account for 18% of the population. UCLA's Dr. David E. Hayes-Bautista, director of the Center for the Study of Latino Health and Culture, joins CBS News contributor Maria Elena Salinas to discuss why the community is at high risk of contracting the virus.
