Meanwhile, the owners of the cocaine, the Mob, track them down in an attempt to reclaim it. Quentin Tarantino sold the script for True Romance to Tony Scott who also wanted the film Reservoir Dogs. Tarantino decided to keep Reservoir Dogs for himself and Scott went on to make the cool, sexy, violent action movie with an incredible cast including Christian Slater.
