Recently I had my annual planning session with my leadership team, and one of the big things that we focused on was accountability. Today I am going to talk to you about the accountability blockers that stop us from continuing to push forward, because one of my greatest fears is looking back on my own lifetime and wondering what could or should have been and wishing I had done things differently.
