Sanjay Hegde is todays guest joining us on the Steve Jobs inspired Join Up Dots. He is Founder and President of Blue Ring Investors LLC, a company formed to pool investors’ funds to purchase high-performing multifamily, senior and student housing properties in U.S. emerging markets. He finds the properties. He vets the deals and manages the assets. His clients make the investment and sit back and collect the income and appreciation that comes from investing in investment-grade commercial real estate.  Now this story started in quite a different place, and certainly with more than a few obstacles to overcome on the way to where he is today. Sanjay has an inspiring story, or his journey from India to North America to work as a trained pharmacist. But being unable to continue that career in the US, he had to find a way to make things happen for himself.
