Peristyle Podcast hosts Ryan Abraham and Keely Eure are back in studio previewing the long awaited 2021 college football season opener with the Mountain West Champion San Jose State Spartans coming to the Coliseum on Saturday afternoon. They go over some of the key players to watch for the Spartans, how the Trojans match-up and discuss where they feel USC needs to flex its collective muscles against a Group of Five opponent.
Ryan and Keely also talk about the newly released two-deep depth chart which revealed some of the position battles that were waging all off-season. There were some interesting moves including freshman getting into the starting lineup like Courtland Ford at left tackle, Jonah Monheim at right tackle and true freshman Joseph Manjack starting at the 'A' receiver spot.
