My Friday afternoon was coming along wonderfully as I got things in order before heading out of town. Shows were recorded, a two-round mock draft was done for Touchdown Wire, and I was ready to shut it down for a week.

So instead, chaos ensued as I tried -- like everyone else in the football world -- to make sense of the trade between the San Francisco 49ers and the Miami Dolphins. Here is part of my attempt to do just that. What does it mean for those teams...and for the New England Patriots?
