Hate isn't just a game for the Monarch, he has to feel it. And he'll throw away his entire career if it means he can't arch Dr. Venture. So he shoots Dr. Dugong and sets out with the boys to mess up the Venture compound while Rusty is away, leaving only Hank, Dean, and Dermot to stop the petty, petty crimes.
