In this week’s DST, Sami and Aleen are joined by ABC News’ chief medical correspondent Dr. Jennifer Ashton. They first talk about how Dr. Ashton became ABC’s medical correspondent, working nonstop 15 hour work days covering coronavirus, as well as conferring with Dr. Anthony Fauci throughout the pandemic. Dr. Ashton advises some proper medical precautions and how we can continue to protect ourselves and our loved ones, what the new normal is going to look like, and the risks and benefits of getting the vaccine (including during pregnancy).
