    Today's guest is the great and brilliant Dr. Maxim Khalilov. At the time of this interview, Dr. Khalilov was Director of Applied AI at Unbabel, an AI-driven language translation platform. Now he's Head of R&D at Glovo, a unicorn startup based in Spain. He earned his Ph.D. in CS from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Maxim specializes in statistical machine translation and has authored 43 publications.
