Jesse Estrin is a lead facilitator for Insight-Out's GRIP program (Guiding Rage into Power) in San Quentin prison, a mindfulness based violence prevention program dedicated to healing trauma and cultivating emotional intelligence. He is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a training in somatic therapy and depth psychology.
