In the second half of the big two parter, Jack and Andie's dad shows up when he finds out what's been happening at school with Jack. And Jack reveals something about himself that changes everything...for the better, as far as we're concerned.

Meanwhile, Jen is inexplicably dating Ty, and Joey and Dawson end up at the jazz club we may or may not be referring to as The Peach Pit, where we all learn that Ty can play a passable jazz piano, and where the proverbial triangle of Dawson, Joey, and Jen, find out that actually they kind of have fun together.
