Description

In this last video, I'm going to make about this situation I want to talk about some tips to deal with it. I've been participating in a lot of international pageants and I sometimes call my friends from different countries and ask for their situations there. They all are in the same situation we were in Italy 1-2 weeks ago. That's why they want to know some tips or things to know to tell to the people in their own countries, so I made this video. In the video I mention these tips: Don't panic (don't run for food supply, etc. pharmacies and supermarkets will be open anyway),Stay safe (stay at home, wash your hands often, wear masks, use hands gel, don't touch people),Health is the priority (I know the economy's bad, but it's better to get rid of the problem right away than living with this problem for too much time),Accept that it's an emergency (we need to sacrifice each of us some time, money, etc., but it's a must),Exploit this time (invest money, read books, meditate, stay with your family, learn new skills, work from home, get things done you've procrastinated on, post on social media, etc.),Stay active (eat healthy, try to move and workout at home). Check out the YouTube video I made about it: https://youtu.be/OGB546mLPyE At the end of the post, you will find the podcast as well.

I'm Marco D'Elia and this is my personal Blog. I'm an Italian model and I studied Communication Sciences at University while learning foreign languages in High School. I decided to change my life at 18 years old, after quitting my professional swimming career of 12 years, committing to become the best version of myself to become successful. I started learning through books, podcasts, videos, courses, etc. about whatever could help me get in a better position. Now, after having a little bit of success in modeling, representing Italy in the Mister World competition, I'm documenting everything that I know and that I'm still learning to become successful, which for means: being financially free; having a global impact; being able to help as many people as possible; being happy and fulfilled. So here's my journey towards success.
