She helps people create and strengthen their individual self-care practices by teaching them the tools that empower lasting positive changes in their lives. She hosts self-healing workshops as well as focusing on her writing. She is also the podcast host of The Sugar Jar which is discuss in this episode - it was so wonderful getting to talk to Yasmine about self-care, healing, burnout, boundaries, and looking after ourselves, during this pretty rocky time in everyones lives.
