So real talk→ assume basically means, to accept as truth without checking….  But you have probably also heard a lot of advice around NOT ASSUMING.  & while I think it’s important we really try NOT to ASSUME anything since we can really only control our own THOUGHTS & ACTIONS and we NEVER really know what someone else is thinking or what is going on in THEIR world…. There is ONE assumption we can make DAILY that can contribute to MORE HAPPINESS & feeling MORE EXCITED ABOUT LIFE & PEOPLE that I think you might vibe with that I wanted to share in this PEP TALK EPISODE!  Can’t wait to hear what you think!  QUOTES:  “WHY NOT ASSUME THAT PEOPLE ARE DOING THE BEST THAT THEY CAN.  & WHEN I SAY PEOPLE——> WHY not also INCLUDE YOURSELF?”  "DOES THAT MEAN that BECAUSE you are ASSUMING you are doing the BEST THAT YOU CAN— that you let YOURSELF live a LUKE WARM LIFE, only KIND OF working towards things that matter WHEN YOU WANT A JUICY LIFE YOU’RE OBSESSED WITH?  OF COURSE NOT.  It means... we instead GIVE OURSELVES THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT and say TO OURSELVES,  “I’m doing the very best I can right now.” & that’s ENOUGH.
