My guests today know what it's like to go through a major economic downturn and reposition their business in order to survive and thrive. Jason Roberts and Rachel Schneider owned their own mortgage company when the Great recession hit back in 2008.  Once the market crashed they pivoted to real estate investing and have since closed over 300 transactions.  Many of them were pre-foreclosures, short sales, wholesales, probates, you name it, they’ve done it.
