Description

The hair industry must come together and unite as one. With a clear mission, todays guest Collette Osbourne, is fighting for the hair industry to get the respect it deserves!

In this episode Collette reveals why she is so keen to get the respect from government and the wider business communities which she believes is long overdue. You'll hear why she needs us as an industry, to all come together and help elevate our profession.

Originally an accountant and business consultant & systems expert who has worked in corporate finance for 24 years, Collette decided to follow her first career dream and retrained to be a hairdresser. Now the owner Director of Hairven Salon Groups Collette says, "I love everything about our tribe, our passion, our vision and creativity."

A pillar of strength and inspiration to salon owners and hairdressers alike throughout these difficult times of the pandemic, Collette created the 'Salon Owners United' facebook group. A community where salon owners and hairdressers alike come together to share support and advice, the groups mantra of 'We Are Stronger Together' rings out aloud.

Collette is a beacon of positive light, who is helping to unite the industry to a joint common cause. Now you can join the revolution too by tuning in!
