Aaron attributes much of his success to how he surrounded himself with his mastermind community members and developed strong relationships. As an example, he spent more than a decade meeting weekly with Dave Ramsey and other amazing entrepreneurs through masterminds. 
Aaron is the founder of the "Iron Sharpens Iron Mastermind" which now hosts 19 groups with National and International members and he's the creator of "The Mastermind Playbook," an incredible resource for starting, running and scaling masterminds.. Additionally, Aaron is the author of "View From The Top" and "The Mastermind Blueprint." He's a wealth of knowledge and it's a privilege to have him on the show this week.
