Randy Barker is the CEO and Founder of IN10T, a company that provides science-driven data solutions to meet business and consumer needs and accelerate the adoption of new technology in agriculture. John Craft is the Vice President and Chief Audit Executive of Compass Minerals, a business that produces plant nutrients, salt, and minerals for distribution. Chad Rubbelke is one of the farmers who joined Farmer Trials, a company that pays farmers to be involved in ag-tech research conducted on their farms.   Randy joins me today to share what IN10T stands for, their mission, and what they want to accomplish as a company. He explains how they work with farmers and the different questions and issues they resolve. John and Chad describe what it’s like to be part of an active farm experiment.
