Description

Faryl Morse is not your average shoe designer. First off, she’s a woman in a male-dominated industry. Secondly, her care and devotion to creatively designed, well-made shoes is only outmatched by her humanitarian efforts. This is evident not only in Faryl’s desire to make cool shoes that are accessible to all people, but also in the way she cares for her employees. Her company, Farylrobin, is the first of its kind to create a summer program so the children of factory workers in China can be closer to their parents when school is not in session.
Starting off with a few sketches in her apartment, and now featured in stores like Anthropologie, Faryl has proven that it’s possible to make beautiful things while simultaneously making the world a better place.
