Host Adam Burke had a lot to talk about on today’s edition of The Bettor’s Box. He started with that crazy, insane, and wild Yankees vs. Twins series to lead off the Beyond the Box Score segment. Then he discussed A’s vs. Astros, Reds vs. Brewers, the rash of injuries over the last week, and then Cubs vs. Giants. A look at some RISP regression candidates and some interesting reliever splits finished off that portion of the show.

After that, it was time to recap line moves and there have been a lot of them to a pretty grand scale in recent weeks. Adam gave out picks over the course of the show for the Thursday card, including his favorite selection of the night. Finally, a preview of the weekend ahead touched on Yankees vs. Red Sox, Dodgers vs. Nationals, Astros vs. Cardinals, and Cubs vs. Brewers.
