He lives in Rhode Island and always had the passion to do real estate investing as early as Junior High School. He graduated college in the year 2010 with a degree in finance at Ohio University. In the year 2012, he purchased his first multi-family property and started doing flips and found out that he was good at talking to tired landlords. In December 2014, he received a bad year-end review and decided to launch a property management company. Jimmy Murray now has 700 units under management in Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts.
