How do you feel about the work you do everyday?
How do you feel about the team you work with?
How do you feel about your leader?
How do you feel about the organization you work for?

Now let's think about what you would change / improve:

Let's dream now. Perfect world scenario, you have everything you want, no limitations, truly perfect scenario, what would your career look like:

Laying it all out, you can see the various buckets / areas. This also allows you to see the full picture and identify goals. And also the gaps. The gaps can help identify what your goals could be.
Make sure your goals are SMART
S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Attainable / Achievable
R - Relevant
T - Time based
Now reverse engineer your goals. Work them backwards and map out each step!
